Muthoot Pappachan Group, Mohanlal, Priyadarshan to bid for IPL team?

Speculation abound that a consortium of Muthoot Pappachan Group, Mohanlal, Priyadarshan and few investors from Middle-East would be bidding for an IPL team in the next round. VC Circle has a report here.

I find it difficult to figure out their business model considering the diversity of promoters and the interests each would have. An IPL team is more like a business entity, which needs a business model and strategy. And everything revolving around cricket makes it a high risk, high return business. Let us wait to hear more. I can't stop thinking of names...Kerala Kuttans?

'Apple A Day' properties is one of the real estate developers in Kerala who uses all mass media for their marketing activities. Today Hindu and Express  reported about a police raid at their offices. Reports indicate that there are many buyers who are waiting for their projects to be handed over for more than two years. Complete picture of the issue is not known. The company website seems to be down and a Google search indicates that there are many people with complaints about the builder. Are you a girl?

That’s my 4-year-old daughter asking me one morning. It was not a silly question. It provoked me to think deep. I was sweeping my front yard that day.
